When we left New Zealand in May we'd done so many improvements Jackster was a better boat than when we bought her. NZ (we feel) is a great place to source parts and to have work done. We found local businesses have a can do attitude and go that extra step to help. Coming back for our second visit David has a long list for the next set of projects, a page and a half of items ranging from major, for example a new head sail, to the less imperative like servicing the winches.
