The journey from Baltimore to Annapolis took us just over four hours, arriving late on a busy afternoon. The organisers were beginning the set up for the Power Boat show which is next weekend building new pontoons. The temporary pontoons extend into the harbour meaning the closure of just less than half of the public moorings for 55' boat so we spent the first night anchored out.

Next morning a handful of boats left and we were able to move in and pick up a ball just off the Naval Academy. The cost is $35 a night or $210 for a week and we can use the Dock Masters office as a mailing address.
