We're
back in Malaysia again. Here for a week to collect the boat bits we
ordered from abroad, pick up antifoul we ordered fill up with diesel,
wine and chocolate. Malaysia is most accommodating for visiting
yachts; friendly, hassle free check ins, instant 90 day visas, duty
free import of goods, friendly marinas which act as a poste restante,
cheapest diesel we've bought since Venezuela and, in Langkawi, duty
free alcohol and so many duty free chocolate shops to make Willy
Wonka jealous. I expect David will have a handsome supply of Cadbury
Caramels (and a sliver of dark chocolate for me) in the fridge
before we leave.
