Filing
one's flight plan from East London to Cape Town is as simple as a one
page form delivered to the police station on the other side of the
river from the yacht club.
The
further south one travels the less paperwork required to file a
flight plan. We departed East London at dawn before Port Control
began work so there was no-one to check us out....
