David is still suffering with his lower back injury 4 days ago so I'm trying to do all the lifting and moving. Today's cunning plan is to sail, or more likely motor due to lack of wind, to the next atoll, Toau. First we have to raise the anchor and that's not happening because the anchor chain is wrapped around a big lump of coral. It's my turn don scuba kit and untangle the chain. How does it wrap itself around these small knuckles? Chain is freed and David lifts it using the electric winch while I stay in the water in case we have more snags. I watch the anchor lift just to my side then surface and swim up to the ladder to board as we begin a slow motor out.

The journey to Toau is pleasant though we do have to motor for most of the way. The major attraction of Anse Amyot is free mooring balls. The family who live there installed the buoys for cruisers and in return we take a meal in their restaurant. It is a beautiful anchorage with the promise of good wall and drift dives.
