Tuesday 4 June Dunk Island

Our visit to Dunk island was a brief overnight. The resort on the island was damaged in the January cyclone and it is currently being rebuilt. We could have bashed our way through 20 knots of wind to the beach to feel the sand and then returned to base. We opted for snoozing and reading in the late afternoon sun and then a dawn departure next day.
