The handful of bolivares remaining from last night were exchanged with the baker for 9 still-warm-from-the-oven rolls. With the warm rolls stashed we did a short hop around the corner to the island of Francisqui, another perfect beach sitting over turquoise sea. There was a beach bar and holiday makers sitting under sun umbrellas. First activity was to snorkel on the anchor to check we were in tight and to cool down, back to the boat and flipped the kayak into the water and off to investigate a shallow lagoon with a deep pool on the sea side. The water is gin clear, so clear you can almost see as much as when you're snorkelling. In the afternoon we took the dinghy and explored the furthest corners of the lagoon and went for a long walk on the beach. The day finished with a perfect sunset.
