Two
weeks ago I wrote we had plenty of time but it flew past being busy,
busy, busy, boat jobs, shopping, meeting people, shopping, sight
seeing, shopping, boat jobs, organising visas, topping off the fuel
and cleaning the boat, more seeing friends, more shopping.
Two
weeks of enjoying Darwin City but now it's time to move on to new
ports; we've cleared out from Customs and plan to leave at dawn
tomorrow for the 300 mile trip to Saumlaki on Tanimbar Island. Just
over twelve hours before we leave and David's doing a unexpected
repair on the manual bilge pump, Jackster looks like someone opened
all the cupboards and threw things on the floor and we're invited for
farewell drinks at the sailing club. Not much to do there then!
Next
update should be from Indonesia, our 34th country on the
RTW trip. Selamat tinggal.
