Rutea
left us this morning and Calypso joined us. Paul and Maureen are also
divers and were keen to get in the water and dive the rock with us.
With seemingly no slack tide (if there was it as the shortest slack
water anywhere) we chose to be surface cover for each other. Our
second dive on Cannibal was as good as the first and the current just
as much of a bodice ripper as yesterday.
However,
Calypso had had a problem with the fuel line for their outboard motor
earlier in the day and time went past too quickly so when it was Paul
and Maureen's turn to go in the water they felt it was too late in
the afternoon and opted for an early dive tomorrow morning. Instead
of a dive they came to Jackster for a glass of wine and talk of dives
we've done.
