It's
been a week since we were last on land and it's Thursday which means
people with surnames in the second half of the alphabet can do their
essential shopping. That's us.
Caymans
introduced a policy of limiting the number of people who are allowed
out by dividing us into groups designated by your surname; A-K can go
to go grocery shopping, to the bank, pharmacy and buy petrol on
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, L-Z have the other days with Sunday as
a hard curfew, everything closed, everyone stay at home day.
I'm
excited to be going on a Big Adventure and prepared with a meal plan,
a detailed shopping list and a plan of the most time efficient route
to take around the aisles. I'm a Ninja shopper with my Ninja
assistant, the old one, getting us in and out quickly. This week's
list has two starred items for very important – frozen sprats and a
bag of kibbles for Polly. When we came home she thought it was her
birthday. One very happy cat.
