25 July Walk to Umbrella bar

It's one of the few Sundays when there isn't a Grand Prix race leaving us with a day to go for a long walk along Grand Anse beach and pop into Umbrellas bar for a bite to eat. There are some very smart hotels fronting onto the beach. Silversands is tres chic with this long thin swimming pool which begins in the main atrium and runs all the way to the beach. It is also very empty. We saw three guests and a dozen staff.
